Overview : A Respiratory Technician, also known as a Respiratory Therapy Technician, helps patients with breathing problems by performing diagnostic tests, administering treatments, and operating medical equipment. They work under the supervision of respiratory therapists or physicians, ensuring patients receive proper care for respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Testing:

Conducting pulmonary function tests, blood gas analysis, and other assessments to evaluate lung capacity and oxygen levels.

Treatment Administration:

Setting up and operating respiratory equipment like ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and aerosol generators.

Patient Care:

Monitoring patients' vital signs, providing respiratory therapy treatments, and educating patients and their families about respiratory conditions and treatments.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
