We’re Hiring: General Manager – Residential Projects | Pune

About the Role:

As General Manager – Residential, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential project delivery — from design finalization and budget planning to construction, compliance, and customer handover. You’ll coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee finalization of architectural and engineering designs

Ensure accuracy in cost planning and project budgeting

Appoint consultants and contractors ahead of schedule

Monitor timelines and maintain strict budget adherence

Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance

Manage seamless project handover with full documentation

Ensure a customer-first experience throughout the project lifecycle

Key Activities:

Take possession of new project sites and initiate planning

Supervise GFC drawings, site works, sample flats, and sales offices

Prepare and track detailed budgets, schedules, and milestones

Conduct progress reviews with contractors and consultants

Address escalated project bottlenecks with strategic solutions

Certify contractor bills and ensure timely payments

Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for approvals

Ensure quality and on-time delivery to end users

Performance Metrics:

Monthly work value (actual vs. planned)

Timely handover of units with minimal complaints

On-schedule consultant and contractor finalization

Quality and compliance ratings from monthly audits

Frequency and effectiveness of review meetings

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables under pressure

Deep understanding of construction quality and statutory compliance
