salary : upto 4 lacs ( negotiable for deserving candidates) + monthly conveyance allowance + other perks

experience : 2-8 years

qualification : graduation is must

job description:

* recruit new agents for business development.

* tie up with new motor dealers of two wheeler, private cars and other commercial vehicle.

* generating business through dealers / agents and consolidators & maintain relationship.

* assist the agents for product knowledge and claim processing.

* update the agents for new business model and trained them for business enhancement.

* support & motivate the agents/dealers to qualify the scheme and hence expand the business.

candidature requirement:

* person should be from dealer & agency business background with motor insurance sales.

* should have good number of active agents, dealers and consolidators.

* have exposure in two wheeler dealers/private cars/school buses/scv/jcb
