Resident Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Monitor and manage ICU patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

€¢ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

€¢ Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.

€¢ Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical research.

€¢ Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and guidelines for patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications:

€¢ BAMS/BHMS/MBBS degree with a valid medical license..

€¢ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ICU or critical care.

€¢ Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

€¢ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
