🏥 Job Title: Hospital Incharge

📍 Location: Bisalpur, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital Incharge to oversee the overall operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient management of medical and administrative staff, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily hospital operations

Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols

Lead and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative team

Monitor ICU and emergency services performance

Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and compliance standards

Handle patient grievances and ensure patient satisfaction

Maintain coordination with management for strategic planning and growth

Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of hospital activities

Qualification & Experience:

MBBS / MD (mandatory)

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hospital management or clinical leadership role

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Experience in ICU management will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience)
