job summary:
we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ota & online marketing executive to manage our hotels online presence, handle ota (online travel agency) bookings such as goibibo, , and agoda, oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate records, and promote the hotel through social media and online reviews.
key responsibilities:
1. ota management
* manage hotel listings on otas such as goibibo, , agoda, makemytrip, expedia, etc.
* update room inventory, pricing, and availability daily.
* monitor ota performance, respond to queries, and manage promotions/offers.
* ensure accurate property information, images, and descriptions across all platforms.
2. reservation & front office coordination
* handle and confirm online and offline bookings.
* coordinate with the front office team for smooth check-in and check-out operations.
* maintain accurate guest records and payment details.
* manage overbookings, cancellations, and special guest requests efficiently.
3. online reputation management
* monitor and respond to guest reviews across otas and social media.
* maintain a positive online reputation and improve guest satisfaction scores.
* handle feedback professionally to enhance the hotels brand image.
4. social media & digital marketing
* create and post engaging content on instagram, facebook, and other platforms.
* promote hotel offers, packages, and events through online marketing.
* run digital ad campaigns to increase visibility and attract bookings.
* collaborate with marketing partners or influencers when required.
5. reporting & analysis
* prepare daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports.
* analyze ota performance and competitor pricing.
* suggest pricing and marketing strategies to boost sales.
required skills and qualifications:
* graduate with a bachelors degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field.
* experience in ota management (goibibo, agoda, , etc.).
* strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
* proficiency in ms office and basic social media marketing tools.
* knowledge of pms (property management system) preferred.
* excellent time management and attention to detail.
preferred experience:
* 13 years in hotel reservations, ota management, or front office operations.
* experience in managing online reviews and digital marketing campaigns.
