Job Description

We are seeking a Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This full-time position is open to female candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience in reproductive medicine. The ideal candidate will hold an MD in Medicine and possess a deep understanding of reproductive health.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Assessments:** Evaluate patients by conducting detailed medical histories and physical examinations to determine their reproductive health status.

- **Diagnosis and Treatment Plans:** Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans for a variety of reproductive issues, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.

- **Fertility Procedures:** Perform and assist in advanced fertility procedures, such as IVF and IUI, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety are maintained.

- **Patient Education:** Provide counseling to patients regarding fertility treatments and reproductive health, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their options.

- **Follow-Up Care:** Monitor patients throughout their treatment cycles, making necessary adjustments to care plans based on their progress and feedback.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other medical professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare and facilitate referrals when needed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, as well as strong analytical abilities to assess complex medical cases.
