3 daily basis need to clear follow ups should not be in escalated leads.

4 if one client ready to open account need fix with him appointment.

5 ro should verify all the kyc documents before entering ekyc .

6 once client opened with us need to give basic demo ro should share client id , back office client process pay in and pay out methods.

7 client feedback update by weekly saturday need to update in crm.

8 ro should keep good relationship with clients and soft manner.
