About the Role

IBWC ONE Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Junior Relationship Manager (B2B) who will act as a single point of contact for our sub-brokers, partners, and business associates. The candidate will be responsible for managing partner relationships, onboarding new partners, and providing operational support related to financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with sub-brokers and B2B partners.

* Act as a single point of contact for new and existing partners.

* Manage the onboarding process including KYC documentation and compliance formalities.

* Provide operational and transaction support related to Mutual Funds and other investment products.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements.

* Assist partners with investment processes, documentation, and follow-ups.

* Share market updates, product information, and investment opportunities with partners.

* Resolve partner queries and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

* Maintain proper records of partner interactions and operational activities.
