The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities and requirements :

Acquire customers for demat accounts through direct/field sales.

Drive sales of third-party products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Loans.

Engage with prospective customers to promote wealth management products.

Leverage marketing campaigns to build and manage a strong prospect funnel.

Minimum 1-10 years of sales experience from Banks, Fintechs, Broking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries.

Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Comfortable with new client acquisition and field sales activities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
