what you will be doing as a registered nurse:

• performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.

• developing an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.

• providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.

• reporting changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.

• administering medications as needed.

• maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.

mandatory requirements

• master or bachelorette of nurse sciences with an eca (education credential assessment) equivalent to the canadian benchmark

• 2 to 3 years experience working in a health care faculty as registered nurse

• must have a driver’s licence with 12 months of driving experience in home country

• nnas (national nursing assessment service) registration required (pending or complete)

role requirements

• must be willing to complete nclex preparation course

• must complete nclex exam within 6 to 8 months of employment

• must provide ministry of transportation driving abstract

salary: $38 to $42 canadian dollars per hour
