 Observing and reporting symptoms, reaction to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition
ï‚§ Evaluating and revising the plan of care, as necessary.
 Providing reports to the patient’s physician about patient under care when the patient’s condition changes or there are deviations from the plan of care.
ï‚§ Counselling the patient and their family in meeting nursing and related needs
ï‚§ Maintaining confidentiality of patient and company matters
ï‚§ Submitting required documentation in a timely manner
ï‚§ Maintaining accurate time records
 Following company’s OLIVR and completing the steps to confirm their duties.
ï‚§ Adhering to all company polices, including but not limited to, infection control and safety, education, reporting and practice implementation.
ï‚§ Maintaining professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
ï‚§ Ensuring that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
ï‚§ Promoting patient safety, privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
ï‚§ Communicating with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
ï‚§ Providing direct and individualized critical care (ICU/ CCU) nursing to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
ï‚§ Delivering care as per the nursing care plan under supervision of Primary consultant / AHC physician
ï‚§ Recording medical information and vital signs
ï‚§ Reporting adverse reactions due to medications or treatment in line with the policy
ï‚§ Initiating patient education plan, educating patients and patient attendant on how to manage illness/injury or criticality at home through home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs.
ï‚§ Able to handle specialised equipment used on patient.
ï‚§ Monitoring catheters, leads and tubing for proper placement and functioning
ï‚§ Handling emergencies and report to AHC physician and SPOC
