Registered Staff Nurse

 Observing and reporting symptoms, reaction to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition

 Evaluating and revising the plan of care, as necessary.

 Providing reports to the patient’s physician about patient under care when the patient’s condition changes or there are deviations from the plan of care.

 Counselling the patient and their family in meeting nursing and related needs

 Maintaining confidentiality of patient and company matters

 Submitting required documentation in a timely manner

 Maintaining accurate time records

 Following company’s OLIVR and completing the steps to confirm their duties.

 Adhering to all company polices, including but not limited to, infection control and safety, education, reporting and practice implementation.

 Maintaining professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.

 Ensuring that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.

 Promoting patient safety, privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.

 Communicating with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.

 Providing direct and individualized critical care (ICU/ CCU) nursing to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.

 Delivering care as per the nursing care plan under supervision of Primary consultant / AHC physician

 Recording medical information and vital signs

 Reporting adverse reactions due to medications or treatment in line with the policy

 Initiating patient education plan, educating patients and patient attendant on how to manage illness/injury or criticality at home through home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs.

 Able to handle specialised equipment used on patient.

 Monitoring catheters, leads and tubing for proper placement and functioning

 Handling emergencies and report to AHC physician and SPOC

 Coordinating with physicians and other team members for creating and evaluating customize
