International Registered Nurse

Role Summary
Provide high-quality clinical and diagnostic care in a multicultural healthcare setting. This position is open to internationally qualified nurses and laboratory technologists aiming to pursue professional registration and permanent residency where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
For Nurses:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, patient monitoring, and accurate record maintenance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate and support patients and families on health management and discharge care.
- Comply with local healthcare regulations and maintain effective communication across cultures.
- Supervise junior staff and organize nursing workloads as needed.
Qualifications
Nursing:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years recent clinical nursing experience.
- Current valid nursing license or registration from the home country.
- English language proficiency (IELTS, OET, TOEFL or equivalent).
- Eligibility or willingness to pursue professional registration:
- Australia: AHPRA registration & ANMAC skills assessment
- UK: NMC registration (including CBT and OSCE)
- New Zealand: NCNZ registration
- Canada: NCLEX-RN licensure
- USA: NCLEX-RN licensure and VisaScreen Certificate
- Germany: Local nursing registration
