Registered Nurse - Contractor - Freshers

Key responsibilities include:

- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' health to determine needs and develop appropriate care plans.

- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed while monitoring for any side effects or reactions.

- Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly check and record patients' vital signs to track their health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
