B.Sc Freshers For Registered Nurse

**REGISTERED NURSE - HOMECARE | SHARJAH, UAE**

We are hiring qualified and experienced **Registered Nurses / Homecare Nurses** for a **Sharjah Government Homecare Project in the UAE**.

The selected candidates will provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes while maintaining high standards of patient safety, clinical care and documentation.

**Job Details:**

- **Location:** Sharjah, UAE

- **Project:** Sharjah Government Homecare Project

- **Salary:** AED 5,500 per month

- **Contract:** 24 months

- **Duty:** 12/24-hour duty

- **Working Hours:** 240 hours per month

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide nursing care to patients at their homes according to individual care plans.

- Monitor vital signs and patients' health conditions.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Provide care for elderly, chronic, dependent and post-operative patients.

- Assist patients with personal care, mobility, hygiene and daily healthcare needs.

- Monitor patients and immediately report any significant changes in their condition.

- Maintain accurate nursing records and daily patient documentation.

- Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.

- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals and family members.

- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medication, treatment, hygiene and general healthcare.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional nursing standards.

- Follow all policies, procedures and clinical guidelines of the assigned homecare provider and project.

**Eligibility:**

- Diploma in Nursing / BSc Nursing or equivalent recognized qualification.

- Valid professional nursing registration/licence or eligibility as applicable.

- **MOH/DHA Licence or Eligibility Letter**, where applicable.

- Relevant nursing or homecare experience preferred.

- Experience with elderly, chronic, dependent or post-operative patients is an advantage.

- Good English communication skills.

- Willingness to work in Sharjah, UAE.

- Ability to work according to the required 12/24-hour duty schedule.

- Candidates must meet applicable UAE professional licensing and employment requirements.
