We are establishing a Business Processing Office of our organisation in Madurai, Tamilnadu. Currently we are looking for HR Manager for our office in Madurai.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting Human Resources Planning in coordination with Dubai Corporate office HR Manager

Job Analysis and Design in collaboration with Departmental Managers to understand skills and competencies required for the openings

Manages the talent acquisition process which may include Overseas recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants

Training and Development

Cultural Training to adopt in working in the diverse international work atmosphere

Identification of potential resources for the training identified.

Organising the training as programmed

Providing all necessary support and infrastructure for the trainers

Performance evaluation for the effectiveness of training

Maintains compliance with Government employment laws and regulations i
