Receptionist - Boutique / Fashion Store

Job Description:

As a Boutique Store Executive, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our boutique. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is visually appealing. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of sales expertise, organizational skills, and a love for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products.

• Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

• Assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A passion for fashion and an eye for style.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.

• Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic.
