as a boutique store executive, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our boutique. you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is visually appealing. this is a dynamic role that requires a blend of sales expertise, organizational skills, and a love for fashion.
key responsibilities:
• greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products.
• provide personalized styling advice and recommendations.
• process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (pos) system.
• maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions.
• handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge.
• collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
requirements:
• previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
• strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• a passion for fashion and an eye for style.
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• basic computer skills and familiarity with pos systems.
