Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Telephone Handling
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned staff.
Take messages and maintain call records if required.
Administrative Support
Maintain visitor register and appointment schedules.
Assist with basic office documentation and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier.
Customer Assistance
Provide information about the company-s services and products.
Respond politely to customer queries.
Office Coordination
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate with staff for meetings and appointments.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Polite and professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Previous experience in receptionist or front office work is an advantage
