Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and welcoming visitors: As the first point of contact for the company, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answering and transferring phone calls: You will be required to answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
3. Managing the reception area: Keeping the reception area clean and organized, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
4. Handling inquiries: Responding to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees in person, over the phone, or via email.
5. Making outbound calls: Making outbound calls to potential clients or customers to promote products or services.
