key responsibilities:-

we are seeking a motivated and target-oriented *sales executive* to join our real estate sales team.

the candidate will be responsible for *business development, maintaining **b2b broker relations, and ensuring excellent **client relationship management* to drive consistent sales growth.

*key responsibilities*

* identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

* build and maintain strong relationships with *brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients*.

* conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to close deals.

* maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and ensure client satisfaction.

* manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

* keep track of market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.

* collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional strategies.

requirement

minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).

strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented approach.

basic knowledge of crm tools or excel preferred.

fluency in english and hindi.
