We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead recruitment and core HR functions for our organization. This role requires a strong background in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process implementation. The candidate will work closely with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and internal processes
• Support attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Work closely with leadership on manpower planning and team structuring
Candidate Profile:
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and recruitment
• Strong practical experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
• Candidates with prior HR experience in a Real Estate company will be strongly preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Preference for candidates based in Jaipur or nearby areas
