Job Description

As a Ramp Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee all activities on the ramp area of the airport. You will ensure that all ground operations run smoothly and safely, facilitating the efficient movement of passengers and luggage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Ground Crew**: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the ground crew to ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to safety regulations. This includes baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and passenger assistance.

- **Monitor Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during ramp operations. Regularly inspect equipment and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- **Coordinate with Airlines**: Communicate effectively with airline representatives to understand their specific needs and coordinate services accordingly.

- **Manage Daily Operations**: Organize daily ramp activities by creating schedules and assigning roles to team members to optimize productivity.

- **Train New Staff**: Assist in training new employees on ramp procedures and safety practices, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

- **Report Issues**: Identify and report any operational issues or concerns to management promptly for resolution.
