Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise ramp operations: Monitor activities on the ramp, including aircraft movement, loading/unloading of cargo, and passenger boarding to ensure efficient and safe operations.
2. Coordinate with ground staff: Communicate effectively with ground handling agents, baggage handlers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely departures.
3. Ensure safety regulations compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for staff and aircraft.
4. Resolve issues: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during ramp operations promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions.
5. Assist in training: Provide guidance and training to ramp staff to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
