Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Handling: Guide and park aircraft, ensuring safe arrival and departure at gates using hand signals or light wands.
Baggage and Cargo Management: Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Ground Support Equipment Operation: Operate specialized equipment such as belt loaders, baggage tugs, and cargo dollies to facilitate efficient ground operations.
Cabin Maintenance: Perform cleaning and restocking of aircraft interiors, ensuring readiness for the next flight.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations set by the company and FAA, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 70 lbs), bending, and working in tight spaces.
