- Responsible for assisting with ramp operations, including loading and unloading luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.

- Communicate effectively with flight crews and other personnel to ensure timely and efficient aircraft turnarounds.
- This includes coordinating with pilots, ground crews, and other airline staff to ensure that luggage and cargo are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner to keep flights on schedule.
- Operate ground support equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts, to transport luggage and cargo between the terminal and aircraft.
- Ramp Service Agents must be trained to operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently to move baggage and cargo to and from aircraft.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the ramp to ensure safety and efficiency.
