Ramp Agent Fresher

We are looking for a Ramp Executive to join our team in Pakur. This position requires dedication and a positive attitude, especially since it involves working in a busy environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Aircraft Loading and Unloading:** You will be responsible for safely loading and unloading luggage and cargo from airplanes. This ensures that everything is handled properly and arrives at its destination safely.

- **Baggage Handling:** You will assist in the sorting and transportation of baggage to and from the aircraft. This is important for maintaining efficiency and ensuring passengers receive their belongings on time.

- **Ground Safety Compliance:** It will be your duty to follow safety regulations and protocols while working on the ramp. This helps in preventing accidents and maintaining a secure environment.

- **Assisting Ground Staff:** You will work closely with ground staff to assist in various tasks. Your teamwork will help in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

- **Maintenance of Equipment:** You will also be responsible for checking and maintaining the equipment and vehicles used in ramp operations. This ensures they are in good working condition and ready for use.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment are expected. Physical fitness is necessary since the role involves heavy lifting and being on your feet for extended periods. Previous experience is not mandatory, but it would be beneficial.
