- Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft: The ramp agent must ensure that all baggage, cargo, and mail are properly loaded and secured on the aircraft to prevent damage during transport.
- Marshal aircraft in and out of the gate: The ramp agent will be responsible for guiding the aircraft to and from the gate using handheld signaling devices to ensure safe and efficient movement.
- Perform aircraft servicing tasks: This includes tasks such as refueling the aircraft, checking fluid levels, and ensuring that the aircraft is stocked with necessary supplies.
