Ramp Agent || Freshers & Experienced

As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft at the airport. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- **Aircraft Arrival and Departure:** You will assist with the safe arrival and departure of aircraft, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that each flight is ready on time.

- **Baggage Handling:** Safely load and unload luggage and cargo onto and from the aircraft. This includes organizing bags according to weight and size to prevent damage.

- **Safety Inspections:** Conduct pre-flight and post-flight safety checks of the ramp area and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

- **Vehicle Operation:** Operate airport ground vehicles responsibly while transporting luggage, equipment, and personnel as needed around the airport vicinity.

- **Communication:** Maintain clear communication with team members and flight crews to coordinate the ramp activities effectively, ensuring everyone is informed and team efforts are synchronized.

To succeed in this role, you should have good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items. A high school education (10th pass) is required, but no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. You need to be reliable and punctual, as your role is essential to the on-time operation of flights. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team will contribute significantly to your success in this position. Strong attention to detail is also important to maintain safety and efficiency on the ramp.
