Opening For Radiation Safety Officer

We are looking for a Radiation Safety Officer to ensure the safety and proper handling of radiation within our facility V Y sairisa Cancer Care Centre in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role is ideal for recent postgraduates who are committed to maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Monitoring Radiation Levels**: Regularly measure and record radiation levels in various areas of the facility to ensure compliance with national safety standards.

2. **Implementing Safety Protocols**: Develop, review, and enforce procedures to minimize radiation exposure to staff, patients, and visitors.

3. **Training Staff**: Conduct training sessions for employees on radiation safety practices and proper use of protective equipment.

4. **Conducting Inspections**: Perform routine inspections of equipment and safety devices to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.

5. **Reporting Incidents**: Investigate any incidents involving radiation exposure and prepare detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.
