Design in Automobile / Off road manual, power shift, transmission, axles, steering gearboxes and similar products.

2) Analytical calculations of mechanical transmission parts like housing, gears, shafts, shift system, etc.

3) Knowledge of gear design standards for spur, helical gears, planetary gears etc.

4) KISSsoft /KISSys/ Romax software knowledge for gear design.

5) UG NX, AMESIM, Hydraulic control system knowledge / ERP system is preferred.

6) Knowledge in GD&T / DFMEA / DFA / Stack up analysis / BOM / Engineering Change Management.

7) knowledge in design of Housings / Castings.

8) Technical Design of 3D CAD layouts of transmissions.

9) Knowledge of 3D CAD modelling software’s like UG-NX

10) Exposure in new product manufacturing, sourcing and quality processes.

11) Vehicle level duty cycle calculations.

12) Experience in bearing and seals selection.
