ï‚· RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Performing the main R&D/process validation tasks R&D lab in best way possible

 Conducting experiments and other tasks as per directions from R&D HOD.

 Should have rich experience in industrial chemistry (organic) process validation and product development

 Should have good knowledge of chemical reactions, chemistry and safety norms associated with them

 Should have good knowledge of chemicals, equipments, glasswares and machinery required in lab and hence should be able to supervise the tasks related to purchase of such materials.

o This shall include finalising the specs as per requirement, technical parameters and hence making the basis of RFQ for the required materials.

o Checking the inward material for the quality and specs as required

o Supervise Junior chemist as per requirement.

 Should not restrict him(/her) self from performing experiments/tasks outside the office hours

 Should be able to give his/her inputs time to time related to product development.
