full job description
• sound knowledge of construction all activities and detailed specification.
• should have good knowledge in preparing the boq, bom for all construction activities.
• preparation of boq
• preparation of tender documents
• reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• co-ordination with consultants, site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• take off quantities for each activity.
• producing project budgeting for feasibility studies
• contract administration and reporting system
• advanced computer literacy including microsoft office
• ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team
• preliminary project estimate (cost advises to client & other design team members on design proposals)
• checking & approving the interim bills / certificate& final bill.
• should be team mentor and man management skills.
• preparation of contract documentation
• documentation & record keeping
• material reconciliation & material procuring statement
• sub-contractors & suppliers bill evaluation & payment.
education:
bachelor's (preferred)
experience:
5 years (preferred)
