Job Description

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end project delivery which includes

1) Build detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

2) Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

3) Assemble and execute priority based test cycles in the test management system.

4) Work closely with development to ensure efficient test case progress and bug fix rate.

5) Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

6) Proven ability to create and maintain quality project & technical documentation.

7) Provide standardized reports and time estimation to upper management when asked
