Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products.

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.

Perform root cause analysis for quality-related concerns and customer complaints.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve product quality.

Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, or other applicable quality management systems.

Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Monitor quality KPIs and suggest improvement measures.

Train operators and staff on quality standards and procedures.
