QC Inspector – Incoming Inspection - Narol Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibilities

Inspect incoming raw materials, castings, and bought-out items as per drawings and standards. Follow SOP for Incoming Inspection. Report non-conformities and record data on a tablet PC.

Requirements:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials and components.

Verify supplier documentation (., COA, COC, test reports).

Use measuring tools and equipment to assess product compliance.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming materials.

Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and supplier quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures.

ITI/Diploma (Mechanical/Production)

0–1 year experience in incoming QC

Knowledge of material standards, basic GD&T, and digital reporting
