Microbiological and chemical analysis of raw materials & finished products related to food.

Knowledge about GMP, GHP, hygiene and sanitation of processing area and surroundings

of food industries.

Knowledge about effluent treatment plant and analysis of related parameters like BOD, COD,

DO, Hardness, and TDS etc.

Update knowledge of documentation related to HACCP, FSSAI, ISO: :2005 & BRC.

Knowledge regarding internal audit of production area, storage area and quality control

department of food industries and documents related to it.
