Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards within our processes and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop and Implement Quality Plans:** Create detailed plans to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations throughout the manufacturing process.

- **Conduct Inspections and Tests:** Perform regular inspections and testing of products at various stages to identify defects or issues that need addressing.

- **Document Quality Findings:** Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections, ensuring all findings are well-documented for future reference and continuous improvement.

- **Identify Areas for Improvement:** Analyze data from inspections to pinpoint areas where quality can be enhanced, working closely with the production team to implement changes.

- **Collaborate with Engineering Teams:** Work alongside design and engineering teams to suggest design modifications that can improve product quality and reliability.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills to assess quality issues and provide solutions. A good understanding of quality control processes and tools, such as statistical analysis and Six Sigma, is essential.
