Job Profile of Quality Assurance Manager

• Qualification -Graduate /Diploma engineer

• Work experience- with 5-8 years hands on experience in handling Quality Assurance of EPDM extrusion/Parts or Engineering components in an automobile company/ancillary

• Should be well versed with IATF :2016 system implementation and maintenance of system

• Hands on experience in process control activities

• Should be able to maintain discipline on the shop floor.

• Hands on experience in root cause analysis and taking corrective action and leading the CFT team

• Good communication skill, should feel at ease in communicating with the customer

• Will be responsible for maintaining Zero defect supplies to customers.

• Will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of 5 S activities

• Will be responsible for daily report analysis, corrective actions and Quality MIS to management

• Should have hands on experience in controlling the external and internal PPM by taking effective corrective action and monitoring of the same

• Should have leadership qualities and be able to build team

• Should have process-oriented approach and be able to improve /help improve process capabilities

• Should be well versed with automobile OEM’s system requirement and approach.
