• qualification -graduate /diploma engineer

• work experience- with 5-8 years hands on experience in handling quality assurance of epdm extrusion/parts or engineering components in an automobile company/ancillary

• should be well versed with iatf :2016 system implementation and maintenance of system

• hands on experience in process control activities

• should be able to maintain discipline on the shop floor.

• hands on experience in root cause analysis and taking corrective action and leading the cft team

• good communication skill, should feel at ease in communicating with the customer

• will be responsible for maintaining zero defect supplies to customers.

• will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of 5 s activities

• will be responsible for daily report analysis, corrective actions and quality mis to management

• should have hands on experience in controlling the external and internal ppm by taking effective corrective action and monitoring of the same

• should have leadership qualities and be able to build team

• should have process-oriented approach and be able to improve /help improve process capabilities

• should be well versed with automobile oem’s system requirement and approach.
