Production part approval process- Suppliers and customer

Training to quality as well as production people to improve the quality & reduce the rejection

Exposure of IATF & Supplier audits

Control of nonconforming product / process

Root cause analysis and corrective & preventive action

Customers complaint handling and customer returned analysis

Implementation of SPC techniques ( Process capability / MSA )

Monthly monitoring and analysis of COPQ
