QA Lead

Having 4-6 years of experience in Web based Application

Should have handled a team size 5-10 for at least 2 yrs.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience in analyzing specifications provided by the client and writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Review and validate the test results

BE/ BCA/ MCA/MCM or equivalent technical degree preferred

Any post graduate- Any specialization

Define the project management process to be applied to the project.

Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities

Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.

Track and report on progress to plan.

Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.

Coordinate management and technical decisions.

Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
