• having 4-6 years of experience in web based application

• should have handled a team size 5-10 for at least 2 yrs.

• estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

• strong knowledge of software qa methodologies, tools, and processes

• experience in analyzing specifications provided by the client and writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• experience working in an agile/scrum development process

• experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

• review and validate the test results

be/ bca/ mca/mcm or equivalent technical degree preferred

any post graduate- any specialization

• define the project management process to be applied to the project.

• assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities

• apply project resources according to the approved project plan.

• track and report on progress to plan.

• establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.

• coordinate management and technical decisions.

• arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

• provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
