Requirement for the Position of Technical Trainer

Job Requirement:

Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Prepare material for supplementing Classroom and Online Training Programs

Responsibilities

• Handling Training on latest technologies for Students and Working Professionals.

• Prepare study material related to training.

• Able to conduct Seminar and Workshops in Colleges.

• Organize instructor-led training programs.

• Prepare training schedules and programs for personnel.

• Analyze learning needs and develop appropriate training material.

• Interact with respective departments in scheduling training programs.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering technical training.

• Ability to host training workshops for new hires.

• Knack for detecting and removing barriers to learning.

• Strong knowledge of Python, Javascript, Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning etc.

Experience

1-3 years of experience of relevant experience is preferred
