Python Trainer Fresher

We are seeking a Python Trainer cum Developer to join our team in Nashik. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who are enthusiastic about both teaching and developing in Python.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Training Sessions:** Deliver engaging Python training sessions to students or employees, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of the language and its applications.

- **Develop Training Materials:** Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations and handouts, that effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.

- **Hands-On Coding Practice:** Provide real-world coding exercises and projects for trainees, allowing them to apply their learning in practical scenarios.

- **Assess and Monitor Progress:** Evaluate students' understanding through assessments and feedback, monitoring their progress and adjusting the training approach as necessary.

- **Collaborate with Development Team:** Work with the development team to assist in coding projects, gaining practical experience while helping others learn.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (.) or a related field. A strong understanding of Python programming is essential, along with the ability to communicate concepts clearly. Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about coding, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are also important traits for this role.
