We are recruiting Fresher Graduate For Junior Python Developer (Backend Developer) (Male Candidate).

Job Description

A Junior Python Developer assists in building, testing, and maintaining software applications using Python. As a fresher, you’ll usually work under senior developers and gradually take on more responsibility.

Typical responsibilities:

Write clean, basic Python code for applications or scripts

Assist in developing web apps (often using frameworks like Django or Flask)

Debug and fix simple issues

Work with databases and APIs

Participate in code reviews and team discussions

Write basic documentation

Skills Required

1. Core Technical Skills

Strong basics in Python programming (data types, loops, functions, OOP)

Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with version control like Git

2. Web Development (optional but valuable)

Basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with frameworks like Django or Flask

3. Additional Helpful Skills

REST API understanding

Basic Linux commands

Knowledge of libraries like NumPy/Pandas (for data-related roles)

Familiarity with tools like Docker (bonus)

4. Soft Skills

Problem-solving mindset

Good communication

Willingness to learn

Team collaboration

Stipend: ₹6,000 per month during the 6-month training period.

After training, salary will be determined based on technical performance, with increments provided every 3 months based on skill assessments.
