the candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in the following domain:

● must have expertise on nlu & ner

● must be proficient in python & rasa

● worked on voice bot products.

● deploy source code by way of encryption and setting up docker on cloud servers.

● respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.

● have a good understanding of setting up & managing cloud servers like majorly microsoft azure .

responsibilities (but not limited to):

● track and respond to support requests from clients

● provide technical expertise and support to clients on email / call / whatsapp

● troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, databases, and infrastructure.

● fix issues on production environment & deploy the system
