Purchase Executive (Full Time)

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliersfarmers, FPOs, vendorsfor organic spices and herbs.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to align with quality and cost goals

- Forecast procurement requirements based on production schedules and current inventory levels.

- Raise and process purchase orders, monitor order fulfillment, and ensure timely deliveries to prevent stockouts

- Conduct cost-benefit and scenario analyses, benchmark pricing across suppliers, and continuously seek cost-saving opportunities

- Ensure purchased ingredients comply with organic certifications (., NPOP, USDA) and quality standards.

- Evaluate supplier quality, monitor produce, conduct inspections, and promptly address quality issues

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, payments, and supplier details.

- Generate regular procurement reports: spend analysis, supplier performance, inventory status, and cost trends

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and farmers through regular reviews and constructive collaboration.

- Assess and manage supply risksseasonal variations, certification changes, and vendor reliability

- Collaborate with production, QA, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement needs and delivery schedules with business operations

- Continuously monitor market trends, raw-material prices, certification updates, and emerging organic suppliers.

- Attend trade fairs and supplier visits to discover new sourcing opportunities
