As a Public Relations Officer cum Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's reputation, managing external communications, and driving business growth. This dual role requires a combination of public relations skills and business development expertise. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, media outlets, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations:

- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation.

- Manage media relations by cultivating relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.

- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials to secure media coverage.

- Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage, and prepare reports on the company's media presence.

2. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.

- Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

3. Relationship Management:

- Foster positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
