Project Trainer (5-10 Years)

we are seeking an experienced qa mentor to conduct practical, project-oriented training in quality assurance, software testing, business analysis, and project management.

this is a mentorship-focused role aimed at bridging academic learning with real-world industry practices.

the mentor will provide hands-on, case study based guidance to prepare learners for professional qa and business analysis roles in the software industry.

key responsibilities

- deliver practical, example-driven sessions on:

- manual and automation testing

- test planning, design, and execution

- business analysis fundamentals (requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping)

- agile project management and qa lifecycle

- design and execute case studies, project simulations, and end-to-end testing scenarios based on real-world applications.

- mentor learners through live projects using current industry tools such as:

- jira, azure devops, or trello

- selenium, postman, jmeter, git, and jenkins

- evaluate projects, review deliverables, and provide feedback aligned with qa and project management standards.

- conduct mock interviews and readiness sessions for job preparation.

- collaborate with internal product or engineering teams to enhance the curriculum with current industry trends and tools.

qualifications

- engineering degree (., , mca, . in computer science or it) is mandatory.

- minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing, qa, or related fields.

- experience in business analysis or project management is preferred.

- hands-on experience with qa tools and frameworks including selenium, testng, junit, postman, and jmeter.

- familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and defect management processes.

- prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training will be an advantage.
