Project Trainer (5-10 Years)

We are seeking an experienced QA Mentor to conduct practical, project-oriented training in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management.

This is a mentorship-focused role aimed at bridging academic learning with real-world industry practices.

The mentor will provide hands-on, case study based guidance to prepare learners for professional QA and business analysis roles in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

�� Deliver practical, example-driven sessions on:

�� Manual and Automation Testing

�� Test Planning, Design, and Execution

�� Business Analysis Fundamentals (requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping)

�� Agile Project Management and QA Lifecycle

�� Design and execute case studies, project simulations, and end-to-end testing scenarios based on real-world applications.

�� Mentor learners through live projects using current industry tools such as:

�� JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello

�� Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Git, and Jenkins

�� Evaluate projects, review deliverables, and provide feedback aligned with QA and project management standards.

�� Conduct mock interviews and readiness sessions for job preparation.

�� Collaborate with internal product or engineering teams to enhance the curriculum with current industry trends and tools.

Qualifications

�� Engineering degree (., , MCA, . in Computer Science or IT) is mandatory.

�� Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing, QA, or related fields.

�� Experience in Business Analysis or Project Management is preferred.

�� Hands-on experience with QA tools and frameworks including Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and JMeter.

�� Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and defect management processes.

�� Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training will be an advantage.
