Experience Preference: 2-5 Years

Educational Qualification HSC/Graduate/ Diploma in Project Management/Interior designing

€¢ Ready to go and stay out of Mumbai (if required) at project location across India.

€¢ Ability to get the job done on time.

€¢ Self sufficient in getting settled in new places in terms of finding cost effective accommodation, mobile number, travel tickets etc.

€¢ Aggressive but pleasant attitude.

Job Description €¢ Understand AutoCAD design and drawings and make sure work happens as per drawings issued by office.

€¢ Eye for detailing and workmanship at site.

€¢ Take site measurement.

€¢ Coordinate with client representatives and document same on emails.

€¢ Coordinate with all kind of contractor and sub-contractor in aggressive but pleasant manner to get the job done on time.

€¢ Coordinate with suppliers/vendors/Purchase Manager and assure timely delivery of material on site.

€¢ Monitor quality of Labour and Material on site.

€¢ Maintain tasks priorities as per actual execution plan.

€¢ Maintain, document and communicate project development status to Studio Head and Project Manager.

€¢ Validate work completion reports and bill of contractors and sub-contractors.

€¢ Maintain good relation with contractors and sub-contractors

€¢ As per project needs might have to work on Sunday€™s and Public holidays as well.

Specific Skill MS Office and Internet Basic knowledge

CTC 20,000/- TO 40,000/- per month

Expected Joining Time As soon as possible
