Artisana is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Civil Site Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in construction and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, estimation, quality control, cost management, and coordination with project teams, contractors, and local artisans.

The role involves working with conventional and sustainable construction technologies, traditional building practices, and locally available materials to promote context-responsive and environmentally responsible construction.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree or in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

5-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, estimation, quantity surveying, and construction monitoring.

Strong technical, analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Experience or interest in sustainable construction technologies, natural building materials, and traditional building practices will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel to project locations and work in diverse site conditions Pan india.
