Eye Care Hospital | Roles & Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage community outreach programs, eye camps and screening activities.

2. Prepare monthly outreach plans, targets, schedules and manpower requirements.

3. Coordinate with camp teams, doctors, NGOs, schools, corporates and community partners.

4. Monitor patient screening, referrals, surgeries and follow-ups generated through outreach activities.

5. Identify and develop new outreach locations, partnerships and community opportunities.

6. Monitor team performance, resource utilization, camp expenses and operational efficiency.

7. Maintain and analyse outreach data, performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, quality standards and proper documentation.

9. Take corrective actions and implement strategies to achieve outreach and surgical targets.

10. Contribute to the overall growth of the organisation by expanding community outreach, strengthening partnerships and increasing access to eye-care services.
